§ Purpose of the project: Manage all freight movements
§ Size of the team: 3

§ Technologies / Tools / Software / Methodology:
Control Tower portal – Ticket system used for outbound freight
Google Suite

o Day-to-day tasks (7:30 am to 4 pm)
§ Morning check of booking/pick up Airport
§ Manage inbound/outbound freight
§ Communication with warehouse crew for inbounds
§ Follow up time-sensitive topics
§ Support export control documentations
§ Submit ticket to related to outbound freight
§ Review inbound pre-alert and follow-up
§ Answering questions regarding freights

o Must to have
§ 2 years’ experience in Supply chain and Freight movement
§ Strong experience with Freight documentations
§ Cargo Manifest
§ Airway
§ Reading documentation
§ Freight Forwarder (UPS, DHL, Bullray, etc)
§ Customs requirements (EU/US/CA)

o Nice to have (with the ranking)
Knowledge of Import/Export documentation

o Soft skills
Excellent organization, and time management skills
Good prioritization
