Service Operations Specialist

Work shift (days/hours) 9AM – 5PM
Work location:  Mississauga Ontario (Hybrid)

Essential Responsibilities
We are looking for HTM Service Operations Specialist.
Responsible for supporting and delivering for the Healthcare Technology Management business. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, and site operations. Executes well within a well-defined operations framework.

Role Summary/Purpose
• Build OEM engagement to drive on-time credits and billing
• Work with the TAM (site lead) to drive issue resolution, develop and monitor customer dashboard measurements, and review ongoing processes to optimize service delivery.
• Support/Drive VCP, Margin & Cost Analysis, Customer Satisfaction and Maintenance of Digital Solutions
• Support contract commitment, engage the team in the delivery of performance measurement and financial objectives
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our current support processes ultimately contributing to service delivery productivity.

Qualifications/Requirements

• This role requires experience in the Services or the General Operations Support.
• Knowledge level: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and an ability to influence
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• A self-starter driven to meet deadlines
• Proficient skills operating within databases
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
• Advanced knowledge of business software such as Excel.
• Knowledge of working with Smartsheet an Asset along with previous work experience within the Healthcare Industry
