Senior Operational Buyer

Title: Senior Operational Buyer
Location: Fort-Erie, ON, Canada (Onsite)

Technologies / Tools / Software / Methodology:

• SAP
• Google Suite

Day-to-day tasks (7:30 am to 4 pm/8:30 – 5pm)
o Managing placement/confirmation of Purchase Order
o Support back orders
o Controlling non-conformances on product-related order/suppliers
o Sourcing
o Attending various department meetings
o Managing vendors
o Integrating new vendors/suppliers
o Monitoring and reporting supplier performances
o Negotiating prices with vendors

Requirement:
o At least 10 years’ experience in procurement
o 5 years’ experience in Aerospace
o Education/designation in Supply chain
o Knowledge and hands-on with SAP (any module)
o Excellent Negociation skills
o Excellent communication skills (verbal/non-verbal)
o Must be willing to travel to supplier site. Possible domestic and international.

o Good analytic skills
o Knowledge of SAP – MM module
o Experience with Reporting
o Experience in Cost analysis
