Supporting Planning with Inventory projections.

Performance Excellence Manager

Under Supervision act as administrator of the Write-Off process and tool:
• Responsible for process flow and timeliness of initiation, approvals, disposal, disposal reference and financial posting
• Responsible for troubleshooting within the tool and end user issues
• Key results with managing the disposal process is the optimization of storage/warehouse capacities across the site and financial reconciliation of disposed material

Facilitate and support Inventory Management processes and tools initiatives:
• Facilitates and manages the physical destruction of material and product compliant with internal controls
• Actively investigates best practices across the network for site consideration
• Develop, support and facilitate best practices in inventory management focusing on processes and tools to ensure optimized forecasting and stock accuracy and departmental/financial reporting across the site. Tools include SAP/BI/QV

• Metric development and reporting utilizing SMS and LEAN methodology
• Provide new user training and support training needs for new process and/or tool implementation

• 3-4 year university degree
• 2-5 years of operational experience, as well as experience utilizing major ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and participation on tool/system enhancements
• Excellent organization and coordination skills
• Strong and proven analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or within an integrated team environment
• Knowledge and clear concept of supply chain operations that cover production flow, planning, logistics and customer services to support continuous automation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP concepts, applications and tool/system enhancements (SAP comfort is an asset)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Good written and oral communication skills
