This opportunity is in the Information Technology (IT) department of a privately owned property management & development company. As a successful candidate, you will work with a small team of IT professionals providing excellent customer service and support to internal clients throughout the GTA. As a valued member of the IT team, you will be responsible for the duties below.

• Work closely with Senior Infrastructure and Technology Manager to determine future network needs and plan for network changes
• Update and maintain HyperV Servers and loads
• Monitor corporate network for any issues
• Monitor WIFI network for any issues
• Monitor and recover AD network problems with the aid of Quest products
• Monitor Active Directory Health and resolve issues
• Apply patches to Workstations using MS InTune
• Install and Troubleshoot Cisco IP Desk Phones and servers
• Work with Project manager to create projects that are designed to either add functionality required by the company or to address ongoing network failure issues
• Work with IT Team to complete group projects
• Resolve Level 2 and above Service Tickets for Network, Server and Client computer issues
• Monitor and resolve power issues for Infrastructure / Generator
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems
• Analyze the current network structure and submit quarterly comprehensive reports to how to make the network more efficient
• Produce quarterly user account audit reports
• Produce yearly and 3 year network forecast plan
• On call rotating shifts required
• Travel within the GTA required



  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field required
  • 2+ years’ successful network troubleshooting experience 
  • ITIL Certification (Nice to Have)
  • Must be able to complete complex projects with minimal to no supervision 
  • Microsoft Server Certification 2012 / 2016
  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 certification
  • Proficient with Cisco / Meraki Firewalls, Switches, AP, Phones
  • Familiar with Cellphones / MDM (Airwatch)
  • Proven experience managing complex networks 
  • Effective problem-solving skills
