Specialty Fulfillment Leader (Supply Chain)

Full-time, Montreal 

Ownership of selected Specialty product lines Supply Chain:
• Accountable for Service (On Time In Full Delivery), Inventory and Fulfillment Cost.
• Act as the centralized global contact between Technology, Product Management, Sales, Sourcing, Manufacturing.
• Interface with supplier base, communicate demand, and manage delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Support localization strategies, engineering initiatives and TCO programs. Encourage lean methodology, identify risks, timing and cost/benefit impact to product lines.
• Manage the supply chain for new product launches. Actively participate in NPI process and interact with cross functional global teams to address supply chain concerns and mitigate obsolescence risks.
• Lead supply chain discussions on Global QMI's.
• Perform safety stock calculations based on projections and history to maximize On Time Ship and achieve inventory goals.
• Implement creative supplier fulfillment strategies to maximize objectives

BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain 
• 5 – 7 years of relevant operations experience including scheduling, planning, inventory control and supply chain. 
• Proven Leadership ability. 
• Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity. 
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to interface with personnel in different layers of the organization. 
• Customer focus, high energy and aggressive approach to finding opportunities to improve proactively and improving customer experience
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
• Experience working with Asian Suppliers.
• Some travel may be required

• MBA is preferred 
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Strong knowledge of SAP / Kinaxis Rapid Response
• APICS Certification
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
