Quality Operations Sterility Assurance (QOSA) is responsible for ensuring that the processes and facilities are designed and used in way that reduces risks to aseptic operations.

The purpose of this position is to provide direct Administrative support to the members of the QOSA department. This position requires on-going collaboration with Production and Quality Management, Facilities and Engineering Professionals, Technical and Training Professionals and peers from all Quality divisions across the site (e.g. Production, Manufacturing Technology, Technical Services, Quality Validation Systems and Shop Floor Quality).

 

• Accountable for supporting various departmental administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) (100%)

• Facilitate +QDCI Board discussions with the team

• Support HSE department initiatives

• Manage department SharePoint site and associated documentation

• Support document updates required by the department (will require access to GEODE+)

• Support the change management process (will require access to Sanofi’s Phenix CCR system)

• Support the CAPA development process with members of the QOSA team

• Support team members with administrative tasks (creating agendas, taking minutes, writing documents, data mining support etc)

 

 

Skills:

• 1-2 years' of related experience – could be previous experience in a strong administrative/documentation capacity. Experience in the pharma or GMP environment would be a strong asset.

• Proficient in use of MS Office 2010, including Excel (review, sort, ability to view large amounts of data within the spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, filtering, etc.) , Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

• MS Project is an asset – should be willingness to learn

• Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written)

• Experience updating SOPs is an asset
